Fair The pool was filthy. The water was murky, algae was growing everywhere, and the skimmer baskets were clogged with debris. Staff was notified twice and nothing was done to clean the pool. The staff was friendly and the room was great.

Enjoyed the room but not the convenient of distance to our room. The staff were rude and the food was strange. If you like burrito but most of the people we saw were seniors. Not many care for them. Love the location beautiful building and swimming pool. We asked for handicap which we loved the room. The bed was excellent. However the staff was very unfriendly. Bad at 7:50am the facility crew started working on the sign above our 4th floor room! With load drilling and hammering noises!!! It woke us both up and made relaxing on the balcony impossible. My fiance was very upset, as she looks forward to sleeping in and drinking coffee and was looking forward to watching the great view of the lake.

okay. There was a construction crew, in the evening and we got put in a room where all we could here is the lift crane beeping and going up and down. The following morning bright & early at 7 we got woken up early by the same noise & well we did go for a mini road trip of after 3 years of no traveling rest was needed and we didn’t get it. cleanliness, location & staff
The hotel was fine, the front staff was not. I did not like the young man at the front desk. He was not helpful. He was not dressed appropriately. He had a t-shirt and an old baseball cap on. He did not put out any effort to help. The woman in charge of the breakfast room and cooking tacos was FANTASTIC! She was friendly, very helpful and a good cook. She kept the room clean. She greeted every guest. A plus employee fir the hotel.
