Para que tener amenidades si el personal no quiere que las uses Actitud del personal que atiende recepcion, varias veces nos nego el acceso al jacuzzi diciendo que estaba cerrado y aun era horario de uso. I would not stay here again. We were booked in the wrong room and had to go back to the service desk and have them update us to the right room. The hotel smelled like mildew and was not clean. But above all the smell in the hotel is horrible. Crickets and spiders in room on 3rd floor. Location was good.

Needs cleaning and updating didn’t seem clean. bed sheets were yellowed. Pillows yellowed. Found clothing in the closet upon arrival. not a very good room. beautiful view and great location
NOT GOOD because of BOOKING.COM NO ROOOM !!!!. HAD to book and pay on my own. BOOKING.com DID not have a reservation for us. It was very frustration to arrive and NOT have a room. I should not get bill for this AT ALL>
I came to visit family and love the view from the hotel. The pool definitely needs work. no shade at all. the pool area was not in good shape at all. Only 1 umbrella was available. we were surrounded by bugs and had to cut our time in the pool short. I did speak to the front desk about it. They didn’t seem to care. I might just look around for a better hotel on the water. the breakfast was great. A wide selection.

Poor Dirty shower, floors felt sticky , stained Carpet, syrup packet on balcony and table sticky, bed sheet dirty or stained. The beds were suppose to be queen but tiny snd one had dirty or stained sheets. Very disappointing View
