Overall, the place was clean and staff was kind but it's time to update this place, seriously. The entire hotel is very "dated". Paint color combinations, wall art and fixtures were all from the early 90's. The old tuscan theme is so far out of date, i was really surprised they havent done an FFE update to the facility. The main hallway lights on the second floor were out so it was dim and dreary....felt like they were trying to save a buck? We will avoid booking.com in the future, even if we have to do it by phone instead of on line. They were out of towels: when other guests requested they got all the towels, none were held back. When we requested all extra towels were gone. NO RECEIPT. "Oh you will get it via email from booking.com". Still waiting, no receipt from Booking.com. Mysterious $2.25 charge showed up on the credit card. Not expected, and, of course, NO RECEIPT.

Fair Het ontbijt is pover, alles in plastic, weinig keuze en in een doffe ontbijtruimte. Niet veel in de nabije buurt en Uber is er niet volgens het personeel. Toch gebruik van gemaakt, maar om naar de luchthaven te gaan niet durven vertrouwen. Gewone taxi naar Austin luchthaven = 250 USD! De schoonmaaksters doen hier een uitstekende job. Zeer ruime kamer. Leuk dat er een klein winkeltje is waar je één en ander kunt kopen.
WE DIDN'T GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP AND WE HAD A LONG DRIVE, SHORT TIME AHEAD OF US. Breakfast wasn't as good as where I usually stay. (Holiday Inn, Confront Inns. The sausage was more like Dog food. THEY PUT US IN A ROOM NEXT TO A DOG, IT WOKE US UP AY 10, 10:30, 11:45 AND THE LAST TINE 12:30 BARKING. I TRIED TO CALL AND HAVE THEM MOVE US, BUT COULDN'T GET A DIAL TONE. THE NEXT MORNING THE PHONE WORKED. THE LOCATION OF THE INN, THE VIEW, THE ROOM AND THE CLEANLYNESS WERE GREAT.
Will never be back. Room warm. Lightbulbs missing in lamps. Ceiling fan did not work. Tv and lights were on the same switch. Therefore you couldn’t turn the lights off without the tv going off. Shower was horrible. Zero water pressure. Front desk person was the only staff on property and told us that he could. Or help with these issues. Will not be back to this place. The bed was comfortable and the view was great.
Disappointing We didn't get the room we booked online and ended up over paying a room upstairs that was to small for us all. I liked the view and the breakfast was very good.
