seemed expensive for the condition of the hotel seemed a little worn, untidy. no soap at the bathroom sink beds, window, shamp/condr, breakfast, plenty of towels, loved the available cold water, and cups, hot water/hot chocolate/coffee around the clock
uncomfortable and disappointing rooms smelled like paint, not enough towels, dust mights on floor. shower head was unreachable for handicap, no soap, no remote in room, no tv guide, no tea bag’s No shampoo or cream rinse. close to expressway and manager was nice
The price for the seven nights was good, however, the service, and appearance was lacked. To be notified when checking in that there was NO coffee available. To be notified that construction work, hammering, drilling, and other nosies were going to be going on during the weekdays. The construction started before 8:00 AM. The trash bin outside was disgusting. The elevator had trash in the ceiling panels. The front entrance had many cigarette butts, and bird droppings, too. Never Staying Here Again! The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Nothing.
Don't Go! This place was awful! Every room smelled like wet paint. The safety latch was broken and hanging. There were massive stains on the carpet and we couldn't switch rooms because it was sold out. Don't trust the room pictures. The location was great! Close to the tollroad and in a safe clean neighborhood.

the location is being renovated and our room was clearly unfinished the room was unfinished - a smoke detector was hanging by its wires from the ceiling; there were old plastic water bottles under the bed from previous guests; no art on the walls; no rugs or carpet in the room; the tv in the bedroom was slightly too big for the dresser that it was placed on; there was a couch in the sitting area but no table; different lamps in the same room had bulbs with different brightness and color; several electrical outlets did not wo... read more
I did not feel like the stay was worth the price, if not offered a partial refund - I wouldn’t ever consider la quinta e No room service provided, awful experience. contacted customer service, no response yet. disappointed. good location
