Awful, would not recommend. The staff was not very attentive. John had clear instructions from Booking reps, to let me in my room because I had already paid. (Their systems were malfunctioning) It was an issue on the hotel’s behalf, not myself or Booking.com. John made us wait, after our 5 hour drive, about an hour and a half, just to tell us that he would no longer like to accommodate us due to his systems.
