Over priced for room standards. Room only had wash cloth for 1, there was 2 of us. Asked for more, they said they out of towels, gave a POOL TOWEL. Room smelled like a wet dog. Comforter on bed by wind, had dried nest spot on it,nasty! Bathroom smelled moldy!.Bldg look like it was falling apart. Asked for a price adjustment and was told we had to go thru you. Not La Quite standards we are used to!! Location

Bad They didn't have our reservation so we had no room Nothing
DO NOT STAY HERE AC unit only blew air, not cold air. Not fond of blood stains or tears in comforter. Had a desk but no chair as advertised. Had to sit on knees to use laptop at desk. Very disappointed. Location was good, plenty of restaurants nearby.
You get what you pay for. breakfast was mediocre, front desk staff wasn’t very friendly convenient location, adequate a/c, comfortable bed, housekeeping staff were wonderful

Bad experience, the receptionist was callow, gave us keys to a room on the 3rd floor that was occupied! Next after get we were on the fourth floor. our room smelled like dog, the entire room was saturated with the scent. The bedding, the blankets, I say this because when we removed home and I did my laundry, my pajama pants smelled like the comforter an bedding. Location
Not all bad, but not all great. Check in process was frustrating because I was called once I landed in Dallas stating they were going to charge my card immediately due to the hotel being sold out. I was okay with that; we arrived at the hotel and the guy said I couldn't check in even though my room was already paid for. He said to come back in an hour so we came back almost 2 hours later and the lady at the front desk said I had to keep waiting to check in because of their policy. Bad I didnt like that i was first placed in a double bed and was told it was double booked. Than I was placed in another room that had hair in the tub and toilet. Stains on the bed. The location from the wedding
Very disappointing. I will not be back. I reserved a king bed and didn’t get it. Asked for a quiet room and got one right by the elevator. Door was also missing the latch and room was overall was not clean. Night clerk told me I would receive a discount at checkout. Morning clerk told me she shouldn’t have offered that. He said he would speak to manager and call me back and never did.
