Disappointing
Flea infestation and terrible service from front desk staff. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. When trying to check in, no one was at the front desk. We tried calling the hotel - no one answered. We ended up waiting approximately 20 minutes for the front desk attendant to finally show up. She did not apologize for the wait, or properly greet us. After getting in to our room and starting to settle in, I went to the restroom to find my feet and legs covered in fleas. My children all had flea bites as well. We... read more

There's a reason this is the cheapest hotel in McKinney Staff, Room service/cleaning, lies, unprofessionalism, customer service. Location, Breakfast

I was extremely disappointed in the conditions at this La Quinta hotel. the carpet was stained and looked very dirty. the lamps were rusty on bottom and the shades were stained and cracked. the bathtub did not have adequate non-slip in it. The people above me stomped around all night. the bed was comfortable.

Very Poor We reserved for 5 and only had beds for 4. They wouldn't give cot or blankets for 5th person just a sheet to sleep on the floor. The bed had stains the floor had stains the chair had stains and cigarette burns in a no smoking room! Definitely won't return or recommend it to ANY ONE and couldn't turn off entry light with out turning off outlets by the bed. So it was sleep with light on or don't charge phones.
