El hotel es muy mala calidad El lugar, el ambiente , el griterío de otros pasajeros que estaban en el hotel. Que no habia servicio de traslado despues de las 10 de la noche. Poca amabilidad en recepcion. .

We will not stay here again. Tried calling front desk and they never answered the phone. The elevator was broken so Inad 1st Rm smelled of mold. 2nd Rm on 3rd floor had no wash clothes and the elevator broke down. My disabled husband had a very hard time walking up the stairs. Staff was friendly

not safe for females A male staff member was exposing himself to females in the parking lot and when I brought this to the attention of the manager, he told me that it could not have happened at 9:30 in the morning and at no point did I tell him 9:30 in the morning because we did not check in until that afternoon, I feel like it was a cover-up location
Ads were very misleading. Location. Too noisy. Appliances made noises. Air conditioning made noises. Airplanes made noises. Kids running in hall. No place to eat. Had to have food delivered. Found a bug in bathroom. No place to wash hands after using toilet. No washcloths. Pool was nice. Friendly employees.
My items was stolen from this hotel and the staff and manager saw cameras and still did nothing Nothing Nothing
