Very Poor There were cockroaches in the rooms, the hallways smelled weird, and the bedrooms had an overwhelming smell of cleaning products that were trying to mask the same smell from the hallways. Location and staff.
Disappointed I wrote ahead and asked if we could get in early because our arrival was very early from the airport. I was told if they had a room we could get in. , was told we couldn't get in early but was told if I wanted an early check in it would cost me 30.00. I pd thr extra. We had breakfast as well. I was not told that it costs extra for early check in when I messaged the hotel. It was not in my budget. We would have had to pay to leave the hotel and come back. Creepy experience but good breakfast and location next to the airport Small bugs crawling on the sink, humidity in the room made bed linens moist- felt dirty to sleep in, litter on the floor, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, door to the bathroom difficult to open (kids locked themselves in), the big air conditioner made extreme noise. Kids were too tired to change hotel, otherwise we would have left. It just felt bad and the facilities were old and felt dirty Location, free parking and breakfast
Na Staff has become terrible I’ve been staying at this property for over 10 years ! For the past 3 years it has plummeted into disgrace. The only thing left is the location and the shuttle to the airport.
