Our stay was very uncomfortable. From the front desk staff to our bed; it was below standard. We checked out one day ear The location was sketchy. The room looked nothing like the pictures provided online. There was a strong urine smell in the hallways. There was hair on the towels in the bathroom of the room. There was hair on the bed and floor. The toilet was not clean. There was stains in the toilet and under the toilet seat was covered in dried urine. The shower was also stained. Very unhappy The place was dirty. Our room had crumbs on the floor, the tub didn't have a drain plug, I told them that we were coming in from the cruise and did not offer any thing to us. They kept our luggage only. I had to pay extra when we stayed just before the cruise. I messaged them about our early arrival. I was told their computers didn't show anything from booking.com I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not much
Not worth the money, stayed for free cruise parking. Wouldn’t stay there again. Hard to get to with the traffic pattern. First room smelled like a dumpster, windows didn’t lock. Free cruise parking
