Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is in very bad condition. I don't even understand how they have permission to operate from the city. The free breakfast was decent especially after they repaired the waffle machine. The breakfast nook is decent but some of the items provided left a lot to be desired; a good example would be the dinky little cocktail napkins provided, when I pointed their size out to the management, the women told me it was corporate.
