Poor nous avons reçu, 1 heure avant notre arrivée à l’hôtel, un e-mail nous informant que notre réservation avait été annulée. Une fois sur place, la seule chambre disponible ne possédait qu’un lit au lieu de 2 et était une fois 1,5 fois plus chère que celle initialement réservée

Péssima experência em função da falta de limpeza / bad experience due to lack of cleaning services There was no cleaning at the room, and this was not mentioned at the reservation (I would never stay in a hotel without cleaning services at the room). The hotel is super dirty (lobby, floors and room). The table close to the bed had dirty spots from previous guest.
