Very doubtful will stay there again Your staff was terrible. Not friendly or helpful at all. Gave wrong directions. Conducted herself with the stay and room chargers Breakfast was terrible. Food in the floor on the counters. Jelly everywhere. Crumbs all over the place. Milk was warm.

Pésimo Servicio, no vayan a ese Hotel !!! el pésimo trato por parte del personal que se encontraba en el front desk, así como el pésimo servicio del transporte del hotel al aeropuerto, quien después de salir tarde del hotel con 20 minutos de retraso, me dejó en el área de arrivals en vez de departures, teniendo que caminar grandes distancias con todo mi equipaje, aparte de que a pesar de que ya había pagado a travez de la página de booking.com mi habitación, me hicieron otro cobro de $ 151.00 al hacer mi check Ing la noche q... read more

I would never return to this hotel even if it was the only place available Everything about it Nothing at all the customer service sucked, the rooms we’re dirty and no one spoke English. Terrible experience never would I ever book a room here again.

Very Poor Nothing in reception. Front desk don't have person for long term. In the morning ( 2:00 am) the women was front desk not friendly. Nothing food Bad service

Not worthy To start, we had to wait the airport for more than one hour for the shuttle, when we arrived at the hotel, we found no one at the front desk and had to wait for more than 30 minute for the guy to show up, once in the room, it was really small and smelled really bad, we had to go out and buy an spray for the room, most of the lights didn't work. I definitely won't stay at this place again The staff at the front desk on the Friday the 10th were really nice and professional
