Bad no towels for the shower and a shuttle was suppose to be included to Miami port but the hotel said not. so we have to pay extra cost. nothing
Hotel sucio no me gusto nada los cuartos están sucio a Me gustaría q lipienza fuera todos los días y desayuno. malo el cambio de las toallas debe hacer todos los días
Disappointing No prestan servico de cuarto motivado al Covid-19, lo cual me parece absurdo ya que en estos tiempos la limpieza deberia ser mucho mas profunda y diaria. He usado este hotel en dos oportinidades y no pienso volver por este motivo. Buena ubicación, Habitacion Cómoda, Buen Estacionamiento, Trato muy cordial del personal.

I won’t let my animals stay here it was filthy, no snacks, food drinks etc, housekeeping was rude nothing
