Bad I ft that I wasn't important enough to be picked up and that your company as whole unit really dropped the ball on this. I am 72 year's old And your company dropped the ball. Worst stay ever Everything was terrible. The room had an odor, bugs and the staff was by pleasant. This was the most horrible experience that I have ever had with any hotel. I will definitely not book again to another LaQuinta
Bad I attempted to check out around 5:15am on November 6th and the lady working the front desk would not assist me. She was not at the front desk and when I found her she would not accept my keys to check out. She looked at me and shook her head no. I sat the keycards on the desk and left. I attempted to call back later that day around 3:00pm once I left work. I wanted to make sure my keycards were received but of course no one answered. Fair Cuando llegamos no había nadie en la recepción . Encontramos un teléfono desde donde llamamos largo rato hasta que apareció un señor que dormía. Si Recepcion fue un desastre llegamos de amanecida y nos tocó más de una hora en el check in. Las chicas de recepción de la mañana muy amables y colaboradoras. El servicio gratis al aeropuerto
