The stay was okay. I did not like that the website says there's a shuttle from the hotel to the Miami Airport, when in fact there is not one. Additionally, the facilities is subpar. I like that there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

But in regards to the shuttle we had a shuttle to the Airport in October that ran from 6am to 6pm, and on 10/31/21 the hours were increased to 6am to 10pm sorry for any confusion about that.

Dirty hotel. The room was very dirty. I saw a cockroach in the first room they put me in. I told the receptionist and asked her to change my room. She changed my room and the next problem was some guests fighting all night long. I had to call the receptionist again in the middle of the night to report the incident. They ended up calling the police. The pictures are very deceptive. This hotel is nothing close to the pictures posted.

AVOID IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME When booking this I was told there was a shuttle from the airport from 5 am to 11pm. I arrived at MIA at 620pm and called the hotel to get information where to meet the shuttle only to learn they stopped it at 5 pm because covid... I didn't know covod doesn't come out before 5pm. So I over spent on an uber trip to the hotel (im disputing that too) and when I arrived at check in the wouldn't let me check into the room because I didn't have the card I paid with. Would never stay there again 10/17 the guy on duty was very rude and nasty was NOT very professional if wasn't by myself I would have left

Very disappointed I was very upset that I specifically booked this hotel because it said online it had a shuttle to the port then upon arrival was informed they have not had that for over 2 years. The room was small and grungy. There was water damage everywhere. The pillows were horrible. Neither my husband or I slept well at all. The breakfast was cereal, instant oatmeal and prepackaged muffins. We had to call the hotel to send the shuttle to pick us up from the airport.
