Glad it was only one night but definitely won’t stay again. The first thing was I had to call the hotel because I stood outside airport for 45 minutes and not seen a shuttle for the hotel. I sent an email to the hotel asking about shuttle before I left Texas. Second they do not have shuttle to cruise port as stated for them. There is no place to eat close to them. We got a flyer in the room but they only accepted cash. The tub was not the cleanest. The location is good from the airport.
Animals and roaches The hotel reeked of animals..Smelled like a barn / cats and dogs to be exact and im really allergic. Then at check in, in the the lobby, 2 roaches were crawling on my husband's bags..we immediately canceled our reservation at that moment , requested a refund , caught an uber and left. I liked the friendly manager and staff
extremely disheartening staff was extremely rude. Felt I was discriminated against. Especially lady working the front desk with Catalina on Monday June 7th, 2022. her attitude was just “oh well!” She needs a job that does not deal with the public. I am an elderly traveler going solo moving to Costa Rica. unfortunately her sour attitude is imprinted in my mind Catalina was an angel

PÉSIMO Todo mal. Preferíamos estar todo el día fuera del hotel con tal de no estar en el. El personal malísimo, tuvimos un inconveniente y nadie nos pudo ayudar, el ascensor se rompió y tuvimos que usar las escaleras donde había un olor muy desagradable , el desayuno malísimo y el lugar sucio y desprolijo, el personal nada amable. La habítacion muy mal distribuida. No volvería jamás. Todo un desastre una vergüenza. Nada fue positivo
Mala experiencia Todo mal, habitación con cubrepiso ASQUEROSA, nunca cambiaron sábanas , aseo de habitación ni de baño, el asensor lento y al usar las escaleras OLIAN A ORINA Y MARIHUANA, piscina sucia, la lavandería no funcionó nunca la secadora y tampoco les interesó arreglarla. I would maybe try a different la quinta location. Hotel hallways smell very funny. Not pleasant. Hotel sheets and pillows etc felt very stiff and smelt of being heavily soaked in bleach. Not a good smell when trying to fall sleep Staff should be able to understand some english. If you are the type of person that actually does research and reads reviews: Stay somewhere else! Swimming pool is (germs Doc) room132 is a disaster Close the pool !! Room 132 is a disaster The price is too high for that type of rooms !? I should ask for a refund The swimming pool is filthy you can see the color of the the water (no one gives a damn)if the health department gets there they will shot it down… room N132 ..!! you cannot breathe cause of the stinky smell (weird smell)the carpet is wet … I swear you can NOT breath I will never go back there !!!!
