Elevator was scary. It kept bouncing. Tub needed to be deglazed. Toilet was dirty.

Room was clean and orderly. Bathroom clean as well. King bed in Room 429 was good. Pull out couch was terrible. Please don't advertise this room as accommodating 3 people. The sofabed is hideously uncomfortable.

Hotel appears to have been recently updated, though elevator and some door and door frames look like they were not renovated. Room was mostly clean, except for corners and baseboards and some spots on the walls. Room smelt a bit musty, and window was hard to open (I was not successful). Pool area and patio area was not well kept up (chairs were dirty, landscaping not well kept). Staff were super nice and a spotless room. Great location. Had a Dennys near by where I had breakfast.

The La Quinta was very clean and quiet. The staff was amazing and assisted me with any and all needs whenever I needed them. The manager Paul is my hero and was able to help my girlfriend and I stay in the same room even when they were completely booked. The facility is secure and parking is a breeze. Great access to my local shops and restaurants. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place close to the Orlando airport.
