Breakfast was good. Property is convenient to airport and quiet. Great value for rate I got but would have been disappointed at their going rate

Was good - only issue airport shuttle stops early - had to take an Uner

The advertised hot tub was boarded over,,totally useless. The shower would only spray very hot water. The TV showed completely different shows than what the on screen guide indicated. Hotel was clean but that’s about all it had going for it.

The king suite was not really updated dirtyness in bathroom, refrigerator freezer big so l id chunk of ice. Water pressure in shower terrible, loose shower faucet , only one large towel in the room for 2 people, lol i asked manager about it in morning, he told me they only put one towel in bathroom and if you need more, just ask. I didnt use the pool on this stay, so cant comment on that. Lady working desk around 9pm march 7th , was very nice. This stay after cruise was better then first stay last week. They had 4 bath towels on this stay and not only 1 like last week. I purposefully checked in after 9pm this time being they wouldn't let me cancel this stay a week ago i asked to cancel, they would not let me, so rather then get here at 3 for check in i got here when i was tired and just go to sleep to catch 8am flight out of Orlando Airport.

The breakfast menu was acceptable. The shuttle service was terrible. After waiting for over an hour I ended up having to Uber. The hotel said the terminal was too busy to get to. During the time I waited the hotel next door had their shuttle arrive twice.
