The first room they gave us (floor 5) had a very strong smell of smoke. The staff was nice enough to move us to second floor in a new room.

Elevator made banging noises and shudders. Had to use shoulder to force door to room due to crooked jam. Intermittent poor heat in room. Tried to use room phone to call front desk, phone broken. Tried to log onto hotel wifi but get warning wifi is unsafe and info could be stolen. Tried to take a bath and drain plug broken. Paid over $15 to park car for 9 hours at hotel. Parking lot dark and dirty. I will never go back. I will never use this chain again.

Disappointed I was very disappointed the tv only stayed on one channel tv didn't work either did changing channel on tv and all they did was give me another remote that didn't work either, had issues with internet, and elevator was so slow and felt like a death trap, if it had been more than just a lay over night i would have changed hotels.

Its was good. But toilet was dirty and maintenance need to do a better job

Bathroom is dirty and disgusting. toilet has rust & poop stain, dirty and smelly carpet and sheets, very uncomfortable bed with lumps and uneven surface that makes sleeping very uncomfortable. We tried to ask for any shampoo/ conditioner/ soap but they couldn’t provide anything at all! there’s 3 of us in the room and they only provided 1 towel and no toiletries at all. Generally unclean. Room smelled heavily of mildew. Pee stains ON the toilet seat cover. Uncarpeted area was tacky and dirty.

Very old & run down property-needs total restoring Key card machine was broke-had to have staff member let us in room each time-cold water in shower-hard pillows, lack of towels- Waste of money!

There was bugs on the bed. The key card wasn’t working so we weren’t able to go in and out of our rooms. We kept having to ask front desk to unlock our room. Totally unorganized and disgusting.

The pillows were old and yellow and stained. The furniture was dinged up. Pictures that had hung on the wall were missing but the hardware remained. Water stains in the ceiling from previous leaks and the bathroom was old, outdated and had stained and soap scum. The door barely closed completely and the gap in the door frame was alarming. The room smelled musty. One elevator was out of service and the other was not very reliable.
