Facility looked run down. Unclean bathroom — crumbs or something on the floor that looked like it hadn’t been swept or vacuumed. Dented looking, cardboard, lampshade, the room looked like maybe a step or two above a transient residence. Very nice staff though.

Trashy! No breakfast offered at this facility, even though it’s listed as an option. People are loud and live here full-time

Staff was very nice. Unfortunately we were awaken by a group of inconsiderate guest at 1am then 2am and 3am and at 4:15 my husband had to dress and go out our room to ask them to respect the people around.

Shuttle does not run 24 hour's. Was not clean and was not set up for the use of the hide a bed and the hide a bed was brutal even for a hide a bed

Property felt like I was in the 90's. A/C unit was dirty, lamps and head board was dusty. Bathroom had no ventalition, towels stained and torn, and shower head was. oming off the wall.

Room was dirty w/an Odor.. Shuttle from the airport wasn’t in service and wasn’t made aware of it till an hour or so later
