I didn’t like that the elevator broke down, it is a very old one and really needs updated!!

No Elevators!!! Elevators not working, we were on 5th floor, had to walk our luggage down the stairs, terrible, shuttle not available at 4:00 for our 6:10 boarding, will not be returning, sad , stayed here before and it was fine, it’s really gone downhill

Door locks on multiple rooms don’t work. Hotel is rundown and needs a complete make over. Beds are hard and sheets have stains in them.
