Hairs on the sheet, room smelled musty after the air freshener wore off. Sheets looked crushed and unchanged and one sheet had hairs. The elevator had trash on the floor and stunk so bad I wanted to throw up, used the stairs only after that. Walk in shower floor was dirty and the caulking was moldy, definitely needs to be replaced. I liked the employee that checked us in, free parking and proximity to the airport. The staff did their best to work with the rundown property condition. Breakfast was insufficient for the amount of people so not worth the effort which cut off early, little food by 840 when we arrived, 6-9 made no sense in. Saturday. The building needs to be deep cleaned, renovated and the elevators are like something out of a horror film. The rating was deceiving and I am very unhappy on how the property was misrepresented online. I clicked the option to pay in cash when I got there, but when I arrived, I was told it was a cashless facility. This angered me because I had to sit around with my three kids for a while. Go back to the airport to sleep. Yes, I am sleeping in the airport with my kids for many hours because I was under the impression that I could pay cash, that should be removed. Should not be an option to pay cash if it’s a cashless facility.
