We were unhappy with the room. It was dirty. The window and sills looked like they haven’t ever been cleaned. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower never got hot. The hot tub has green around the edges. Very disappointed.

Won't stay again Shampoo bottles were dirty and clearly refilled. Water never got hot. Bugs. Bathroom doors didn't close. Smelled like smoke in lobby.

I didn't sleep a wink!!! I stayed in a 2 room suite (#130) on the ground floor. The aircon units were noisy so I turned them off as they were not necessary. Unfortunately, there was what I believe to be an aircon unit outside of my room which kept me awake all night. It ran for around 18 seconds, shut down for about 10 seconds and started again, all night. I estimate the noisy start up and shut down happened more than 1,000 times whilst I was trying to sleep. Worst night in a hotel EVER !!!

This location was so dirty and unsafe. When we went to our roon the door was not completely shutting. We had to body slam it to close it. There was mold all around the window and tub area. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. The towels were all fraid around the edges. The floors were dirty and never cleaned. The walls/and crown moldings were so smoked stained and the room smelled of dog and smoke. The desk staff was complaining about the house keeping staff being lazy, no joke.
