hotel stay Pros: It was a one night stay convenient to the airport travel for the next. Cons: Room walls are thin, front desk should ask about staying near elevator is ok. Didn't know hotel accepted pets, we would have found other lodging. Location: n/a The walls are thin and we were near the elevator that produces a lot of traffic and noise that was not good. We also heard a dog barking throughout the night.
Smell of dog pee or some unpleasant odor. Pros: The other guests were nice. Cons: Train whomever the lady is at the front desk. Coffee was awful. Location: Location is near the airport with good restaurants nearby. I arrived at 6:30am on a redeye and checked into what may have been the last available room. It had a bit of a stench but I was exhausted and just fell into bed and slept for 5-6 hours. On my second day I asked the front desk (1:00pm) if it was possible to change rooms. Pros: Closeness to airport Cons: All the above complaints There was no A/C in the lobby/dining area or any hallways. The fire alarm went off twice during the night (10 pm & 11:10pm waking us up. We had an early flight to catch and needed to sleep which was impossible with all the disruptions. Parking was hard with construction vehicles blocking the roadway. Pool was under construction or renovation. Computer in lobby was not working so we couldn't print out our boarding passes. Reimbursement would be nice
disappointing Pros: nice large room. Cons: see first comment Look go to start with but my non-smoking room collected smoke from somewhere nearby. The entrance closest to my room was blocked off for repairs. The front desk directed me to that entrance. Parking spaces blocked off by repair workers trucks leaving not enough parking.
