Keep looking Pros: Location Cons: Renovation, fire Lurch the front desk clerk. While this hotel wasn't the worst I've stayed in, there are far too many newer and nicer hotels in the area- not a fan of roaches in my bathroom. The front desk clerk apparently didn't take his meds and was not even close to friendly.

The hotel was not well cleaned - there was pet hair all over the entire floor of the room and the elevators could have used a good cleaning. The staff was less than helpful and breakfast ended at 9:00...so my family and I didn't even get to eat as we walked in as they were cleaning up.

Find another hotel Staff was not very helpful. The room looked and felt outdated and old. It was not cleaned and trash cans still had trash in them. The pool was dirty and one of the staff was taking water out of the pool with a big bucket to clean the surroundings. I do not recommend this hotel.

No hotel connection before 5:00 AM Pros: The price Cons: The lady that gave us the room should be replaced. Location: The location was good to go for a walk. The available connection time from and to the airport should be visible at the time of making the reservation.

Terrible Hotel! Pros: It accepted pets. We had a small dog. Cons: Everything could be improved. Cleanliness and professionalism to start. We stayed here last year and decided that we would try it again. It seemed so much worse than last year. The greeting consisted of the hotel rceptionist complaining about her sprained ankles and being overworked. No one was wearing any sort of hotel uniform. Totally unprofessional. Terrible customer service experience I stayed in a room that was adjoined with another room. The occupants had 2-3 dogs that howled, barked, and scratched all night long. The front desk did absolutely nothing about it.

Nice entry but smelled of cigarette smoke Pros: Lobby Cons: Clean the carpeting more often. Ban smoking from the entire facility. The entry to the hotel is nice. However, the whole 5th floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The 5th floor hall carpeting needed cleaning (shampooing) very badly. There were large spots where liquids had been spilled but not cleaned up. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke and we were told there were no "non-smoking" rooms available. Close to Orlando International Pros: Location to airport We asked for non-smoking room. Our room smelled like an ashtray even though it was a non- smoking room it was on smoking floor. Made it seem like a hassle to change rooms (which we did) not very impressed.

Didn't confirm cancellation I called and cancelled my reservation a day before I was to arrive. My flight was cancelled to Florida and so I no longer needed the hotel. I was still charged 130 dollars. I called to explain my situation to the hotel and expedia and was still not re-imbursed. I won't be booking through expedia again or staying at a La Quinta hotel.
