Not what I expected Pros: This hotel looked old and in need of updating however, it was clean and comfortable. Cons: Staff in need of serious customer service courses or needs to be replaced. Location: Location is fine. WiFi wouldn't work properly and I called down several times for assistance and basically received a response of "too bad"...they didn't offer any help or suggestions. accessible room smelled stale or smoker was there Pros: location to airport Cons: housekeeping staff should be able to let mgmt know when a room is unacceptable i asked for another handicap accessible room and staff said the hotel was sold out however could give me 3 rd fl room, it all worked out however the accessible room was so blatantly stale or smoke smelling that housekeeping should have flagged it. front desk offered to spray the room and i declined. The other room was just fine.

Very disappointed Cons: The beds were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood, way too hard and the pillows were not comfortable at all. Location: The location is close to the airport and restaurants. We were very disappointed with the hotel, the only good thing about it is that it was close to airport. The hotel room was just ok for cleanliness, there was hair in the bathtub from previous guest, disgusting. There was no refrigerator in the room which we really missed having as well.

Good location for us visiting friends. Pros: The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: Motel pillows are always too fat. I have to bring my own or risk neck pain. The staff needs to be more friendly. Hot water and heat would be good too. Location: We visited friends. Lots to do there. We have stayed at this La Quinta before and been happy with it. DISGUSTING ACCOMMODATIONS-BAD SERVICE Pros: THAT IS WAS NEARBY THE AIRPORT WHERE MY DAUGHTER WAS IN DANCE COMPETITION Cons: NO DOGS, NO SMOKING, WORKING TV, NO MOLD IN HANDICAP SHOWER Location: MY DAUGHTER'S DANCE COMPETITIONS ARE AT THE HYATT IN ORLANDO AIRPORT-NEEDED MORE REASONABLE ACCOMODATIONS. Roaches!! Straight shot to Orlando international airport. About what you would expect for a cheap hotel except for the roach I saw on the breakfast counter! Not the cleanest hotel but the price was right I guess. Jets were broken on hot tub:(

Will not return Pros: Nothing Cons: a lot No refridgerator, No exhaust in the bathroom, no balcony,and the bathroom doors wood not close. It wasn't something to look forward to!!!
