Decepcionante No servía el elevador ni el Internet y no funcionaba la llave del lavado del baño además no funcionaba el Netflix ni el cable, no había café y el desayuno estuvo mal Me gustó la ubicación

Poor cleanliness of lobby and ice room and hallways, no shower in my room. Ac was broken tv had no apps no way of downloading apps

Disappointing El elevador no funcionaba. Me tocó en el tercer piso Una de las habitaciones estaba sucia De la otra habitación en aire acondicionado no funcionaba tiraba agua. Pedi un cambio de cuarto y nos tocó dormir todos juntos y aún así me cobraron 2 cuartos. La señora que preparó el desayuno fue muy amable y servicial, a pesar de que dijo que ella era de la limpieza.

Unclean, unsafe, unorganized, and staff pretty much forced us to stay because they wouldn’t refund me. -Unclean -No working elevator and available rooms ONLY on 3rd floor -Ice/water machine not working -Room was unclean and very torn up -Tools and paint cans all down the halls and community areas -Pool was dirty and green -Very loud environment -Phone kept ringing at 10:00pm but there was no way to answer it or turn it off (the cord was broken) -Staff said they would still charge me a 1 night stay, even if I didn’t want to s... read more

Horrific! My room had no faucet in the bathroom. It was missing. Just had holes behind the sink instead of faucet. The elevator was broken and my room was on the 2nd floor. Ice machine was broken. Pool was green with algae and out of service. Carpet was filthy. Bathtub had hairs all over….it had not been cleaned. TV remote was missing so I couldn’t even watch TV. I WANT A FULL REFUND. IT WAS THAT BAD!
