Unhappy Nothing about the property did I like. It was the nasty smell La Quinta I have been to. The property was very unprofessional very unclothed had a bad smell to. Had drug users as house, cleaning and maintenance. The maintenance man stole my youngest son Phone the house cleaners witnessed him with my son‘s phone. We called the Police and did a police report in press charges on him. Was told that the property manager will contact us about the situation & would refund us our money never heard from him or seen him. So I c... read more
Disappointed First the elevator was broke then they put us in a room where it smell of wet carpet and the TV didn’t work or the phone I got a headache from the smell the moved us because I said I wouldn’t sleep she first said I’ll refund your money so you can go elsewhere then she got us another room she was rude at first after I told her this had nothing to do with us she changed her manners when we finally got a good room it was better then at 11:30 at night the maintenance man lets himself in were sleeping but here my doo... read more
Update the hotel and rooms I was laying down in the bed with my 2 year old daughter when I saw a bed bug around the corner of the bed. Then the elevator was broken down and we use the stairs you can smell cigarettes. Other thing I saw one broken window in the second floor Close to our family houses

Bad Smell awful and elevators we out!!! Coffee maker was dirty. Just awful.
Fair The doors to hotel not lock. Have children with us so didn't feel to safe. Pool was not working for our entire stay. When we got there elevator was not working for two days. There was an incident in one of the rooms where two individuals got into argument and threw something out there window. Police got there and took them. Just didn't have all amenities a hotel has for you to enjoy and feel safe. Cleaning crew was polite and helpful with what was needed.
Terrible Elevator didn't work ..pool was dirty because they said pump wasn't working . Fight broke out during our stay broken window. Hotel room keys kept unprogramming reason why they questioned us at the checkout as to why so many keys. Grass around Hotel looked like it hadn't been cut in a month and side doors were always open to the hotel card readers didn't work...no remote for tv or phone for room service....just a terrible experience....never again! Nothing
