Unclean, unsafe, unorganized, and staff pretty much forced us to stay because they wouldn’t refund me. -Unclean -No working elevator and available rooms ONLY on 3rd floor -Ice/water machine not working -Room was unclean and very torn up -Tools and paint cans all down the halls and community areas -Pool was dirty and green -Very loud environment -Phone kept ringing at 10:00pm but there was no way to answer it or turn it off (the cord was broken) -Staff said they would still charge me a 1 night stay, even if I didn’t want to s... read more

Horrific! My room had no faucet in the bathroom. It was missing. Just had holes behind the sink instead of faucet. The elevator was broken and my room was on the 2nd floor. Ice machine was broken. Pool was green with algae and out of service. Carpet was filthy. Bathtub had hairs all over….it had not been cleaned. TV remote was missing so I couldn’t even watch TV. I WANT A FULL REFUND. IT WAS THAT BAD!

It was gross, broken, and I’ll never be staying at this location again! The elevator was broken, the facility is very dirty, there was adults speaking loud in the hallway at night, kids running down the halls, overall horrible. The lady at the front desk was polite!

I would never stay there again Two of the rooms had mold in them, elevators didn’t work, and a/c in the halls didn’t work. When you walk into the building it smells musky like the place was flooded and they just threw paint on the walls. The pool was green and disgusting. Only the staff was nice
