We won’t stay there again The noise and the second room we were moved into. First room was clean and good besides the noise but the second room Was gross but perfect because we got some sleep. We did wipe down the room ourselves and bought our own sheets to sleep on if that says anything. Cereal and milk served due to COVID Sleepless night the first night because it sounded like there was an orgy next door all night. The sink in my bathroom was broken, one of the pillows on my bed was so dirty and smelled so bad.....then there was a ro Broken sink...maintenance had to come and put a board to hold the sink up..pillows were dirty and stunk so bad....and roaches Convenient to where I needed to stay

Disappointing Room was hot bathroom was not clean
Overcharged me by $10 over booked rate. Went through booking.com for a $69 rate. Said I reserved one of five rooms available at that rate. When i arrived , clerk refused to honor that rate and insisted on charging me $10 more. It was midnight, so I agreed. Won’t stay here again. Fine

Disappointing Air barely work room was hot... had to switch rooms first room was very dirty and ac was broke Location
Disappointing Bathroom was dirty. Mold in shower. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the ice machine did not work. Tried the ice machine on 2nd floor, out of order as well. I had to go to the first floor for ice and the elevator was also malfunctioning. Location was great.
Disappointing A/C unit had carpet wet which produced a meldew smell. I was moved to another room.. 2nd room bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly.
