Hotel needs maintenance! Toilet flush valve broken! A/C was on high speed could not lower this! I was on the 4th floor! Elevator did not function for 5 days throughout my stay Sofa beds need to be replaced urgently Bathroom needs urgent tlc Breakfast was good! Location was great!
Total abgewirtschaftetes Hotel. Bei Ankunft war niemand am Empfang außer Dutzende Pakete von Amazon. Der Fahrstuhl war bereits seit 2 Tagen defekt und wir standen mit vollen Koffern da, nach einem Transatlantikflug. Das ganze Hotel roch na h Desinfektionsmittel was äußerst unangenehm und ekelig war. Die Flure im Hotel waren total verdreckt. Die Badewanne war schon öfters mit Farbe notdürftig ausgebessert worden und es befanden sich an mehreren Stellen im Bad Schwarzschimmel. Not a pleasure one. The breakfast, the dirty carpets and the cleaner smelly in the room. The scramble eggs look and taste like a synthetic material.

Bad Room was full of roaches very nasty and tacky Location.
Bad The elevator was broken, was told that it will be fixed the next morning. The following day I asked around 2pm about the elevator and was informed that it will not be fixed until sometime next week. I explained that I had someone wheelchair bound with me which we carried her upstairs on Thursday night, she said I could switch rooms to the 1st floor, I then asked was the room the same size, she stated yes but when we got to the room it was a lot smaller. It was close by a lot of things.
Bad Stayed there for 4 nights elevator only worked the first night. Room was only cleaned once, Shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast not good. The standards of this hotel has really dropped. As I had stayed on 3 previous occassions. Very disappointing.
