Disappointing Marvin and Charmaine Smith we travel on the 5 dec for 3 days went on our cruise and returned after our cruise. Again we travel on December 24 before we drove up to Orlando and we was disappointed. bedding don’t seem to be clean, the rugs have a bad scent, in room 201, and 220 the air conditioning was leaking. The rooms need constant upgrading if you choose to charge 150 per night. Amenities are fine but not for the amount we paid. It was very expensive for only average accommodations It’s very old! Breakfast was lacking. Front desk clerk at check in wasn’t as friendly as she should be- think we interrupted her listening to a podcast or something. The location was good for what we needed
Very disappointed The hotel had a funny smell and the carpets really needs to be changed, I booked and paid in advance and my reservation was cancelled so I had to repay The location and staff
Fair Não limparam o quarto nos 3 dias, apesar de solicitado. Café da manhã faltando tudo (reposição parece ser um ato desconhecido). Quarto grande
Great Staff / Poor Facilities The facilities were not what I used to have with the brand. The elevator wasn't working half of the stay, and the room had an odor. We had to ask for remotes for tvs as neither one of them in the suite had one. The customer service was exceptional. Farah and Dejae were intuitive. Dejae recognized the name on a package while we were checking out and avoided us leaving it behind.
Would not recommend if you are looking for a free breakfast - or HEATED pool Free breakfast advertised. first day there...Sunday, no toaster - no waffle batter - all juices "out of order" - nothing in the warmer - we had to leave at 8 - still no food. Garbage can overflowing by the coffee machine. Next day - nothing in the fridge except for a half gallon of milk - no yogurt, juices not back to operable until Wednesday. Would like my money back. 1st room dirty, 2nd room occupied, 3rd room was okay Coffee
Room smelled Did not come in to freshen up my room, very upsetting! Cold, Did not have plates and took 10 minutes to get them.
I have been staying at this location for years it just seems to be going downhill each time The staff very indifferent Location
