Bad The hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The room was crawling with cockroaches and ants, making it impossible to relax. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they responded with rude indifference, rolling their eyes and acting as if I was inconveniencing them. The attitude was appalling—they didn’t even bother to apologize or offer to address the issue.
