HORRIFIC As soon as I arrived and checked in I was told by the front desk person that the elevators were out of order well luckily I stayed on the 1st floor so I thought nothing of it but sucks for the rest of the people. Once I arrived at my room the room was okay looking and seemed sort of clean but I arrived pretty tired so I laid down for a few. Very clean location reason why I rated so low is because customer service here is really bad. I had an issue with my roo I did not like the customer service . When I checked in the lady was very nice and the gentleman when I checked out was nice and the ladies that did the cleanings of the room. The other representatives at the location were very rude. It was very clean

4 noches para shopping pero con habitación sin limpiar De las 4 noches que estuve nunca hicieron la habitación, me dijeron que se hacía cada 3 días, pero no estaba informado de eso ni en el hotel en forma gráfica y clara ni en la página de booking. Además cuando llegamos avisamos que 2 luces no funcionaban y que un cajón estaba roto, nunca fueron a arreglarlo. La ubicación para hacer compras e ir a la playa esta muy bien.
