Poor I was initially assigned a single-bedroom room, but later had to move to double bed room. KeyS didn't work. Even after the room change, I had to make four trips to the front desk before the key issue was finally resolved. The lobby and corridor carpets were extremely dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the overall experience disappointing. Wifi was not working for us using room number and name. Location
Wouldn’t book again, although we just probably had a bad night and a bad room. Rooms are nothing like what they look in the pictures, at least mine. Towels looked dirty, the elevator had a weird smell. We couldn’t sleep because of people yelling and screaming in their rooms and in the hallway and nobody did anything about it… Staff was great. Very attentive and nice.
