My stay was pretty alright overall. The only issue was that the room wasn’t properly cleaned, but everything else, inclu Unfortunately, the room wasn’t cleaned properly before my arrival. It was clear that it hadn’t been thoroughly prepared, which was disappointing. I hope the cleaning standards are improved for future guests. Location was convenient for me

Fair The maintenance of this hotel is not good, many things are broken, malfunctioning or dilapidated (in the room and in common areas) Not enough towel hungers in the bathroom The cleanliness is not meeting a good standard: dusty and stained carpets, elevator's floor and walls are for the most part of the day are dirty (one elevator for entire building!) and the trash cans are not emptied often enough. It is what it is I was given a room and someone was already in there. There were roach. Housekeeping is limited. The elevator is very scratchy and the ice machine ice taste funny. Staff was great but the quality was not up to par. The location was nice
