This time...hard but just managed. Room was hard to settle in: had to wait 40 mins on the ground after being locked out. thne 30mins in the lobby---same. then room switched....roaches......then all hot water..no cold water....very tiring. but staff was attentive. manager didn't take me uo on a nightoffer in lightof my diffuculties and being many repeat times customer but..... Breakfast was ok
I have a list. You can contact me if interested. German roaches are a health hazard. There was a live roach in the bread section on the wall.

Fair El baño de la habitación funcionaba mal ,reclame y la señorita del front desk muy amable me mandó dos veces a una persona a que lo arregle pero siempre lo arreglo mal. Mí opinión es que no controlan las habitaciones antes de dárselas a los huéspedes . A las habitaciones les faltaban limpieza . Cuando me volvieron a limpiar la habitación después de 3 días le dieron una limpieza muy por arriba , la cama estaba muy mal tendida.
