Roaches!
It was ok. Some kids were running on the floor and kicking the doors so I didn’t get much sleep. It was in a very nice and convenient location
wasn’t as bad but could’ve been better the breakfast could be better far as options and taste wise sheets and covers were dirty in our room hotel ran out of towels and wash cloths the whole weekend the most I liked about the hotel was the front desk receptionist KARLA. She was very nice, helpful, kind, and friendly. She helped us with every issue we had a problem with and made sure they we were OK. *guest from 218* Thank you Karla!

Not a place I would stay or recommend, the location is perfect , not a pleasant stay. Didn’t like the room keys didn’t work properly and I had to get them replaced 2 times and still didn’t work correctly. We asked for extra towels and there wasn’t any… people and staff were a bit loud at night time. The Gym door didn't work we couldn’t enter. No one knocked on the door I had the DO NOT DISTURB !! Very Poor No towels in room, no hot water in morning Hotel and rooms were very clean.
Spiders in the room. We stayed in room 412. Stayed with my wife and 2 children. My kids woke up to spider bytes on their legs. There were spider webs on the frame board of one of the beds where my kids were sleeping. We noticed it when our kids were complaining about the bites. Besides that, the reflidgerator was smelly and had a stain that was not cleaned. In the morning, we had our complimentary breakfast, the scrambled eggs were soggy and tasteless. Aweful The staff was not helpful at all. I called the front lobby from the room to mention a very string smell of chlorine. The host put me on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up and called back. He did not answer the call back. He mentioned the cleaning crew may have used too much fabreze. So I had to sleep with a very strong smell of Chlorine, woke up to two spider bites on my arm, and lastly the bathroom was in pitiful condition. Pricd
