I only stayed there for two days and mostly out all day. Just needs a place to sleep so it’s ok. The hallway leading to the room is dirty. The elevator wasn’t working and luckily my room is on 2nd floor. The location is convenient to shops and many restaurants nearby. On site and free parking is great.
Most unpleasant hotel stay we have experienced. Requested fresh towels daily but they were not provided. Toilet paper holder was missing from wall; bathroom tub was running continuously, even though we reported these issues, and were ignored. Housekeeping never entered our room to clean sink and shower, empty waste baskets, replace cups, or vacuum the carpet. Hallway was dingy and poorly lit. Regular No nos gustó que no nos hicieron limpieza a la habitación estando 3 días hospedados. Sin cambio de toallas. Asecensor estuvo dañado el día que salimos del hotel tocó bajar maletas por las escaleras:
This was a pretty horrible experience. When you walk in you get hit with a very strong odor from the cleaning products. It’s almost as if they are trying to mask the smell. The first room smelled like mildew and was kind of beaten up. There was a puddle in the room from the A/C unit. I was literally splashing around in it. Very Poor
Disappointing First, room was a total disaster. Toilet was broken and hadn't been flushed. Pizza boxes left in room. Bed was used. Totally unbelievable. Hotel was okay. Never used breakfast or any amenities.
It was overall good Treatment On my last day leaving i tried to get breakfast which was my only time to do so , I met a (white) lady getting breakfast same time when I tried to , a lady staff told me and not the lady that breakfast is not til 7 o’clock with such sas an attitude . The lady got her breakfast by the way
