la quinta is not the same. use to look forward to my visit cold dry breakfast the lady wearing the cast on her foot was awful

My stay at the property was not the best I was appalled and disgusted when a cockroach crawled out of the toaster. The breakfast was cold and the hostess was not the friendliest person. Things got worse when it was time for bed. We pulled the covers back and there was hair/weave on the bed and all over the floor from the previous occupant along with their left over food in the microwave. Disgusting! That was when we realized that the room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. We did not have enough towels in the roo... read more
Bad All Need clean more the rooms and hallways
AWFUL Everything. had to go look for tissue to put in the bathroom, go to get clean towels, the TV didn't work properly even after complaining to the front desk many times. the carpet in the room was wet so it left the room smelling musky. The elevator was down 90% of my visit, LA Quinta IS GOING TO THE DOGS the lady putting out the breakfast was mean
Péssima experiência no geral, não retornarei, neste hotel, já havia ficado em outros da rede. A limpeza geral, aspecto sujo em diversos pontos, desde a recepção até os quartos, encontramos pequenas baratas no quarto e corredor. O elevador passou 3 dias quebrados, ficamos no terceiro andar, subir e descer com malas foi um desgastante para uma viajem de lazer. Quando chegamos não tinha toalha de banho chegou somente depois de 1 hora. A Localização é excelente, próximo á diversos Malls, o aeroporto de FLL e de muito fácil acess... read more

Disappointing When I got into my room it had a stuffy sent,a portion of the carpet was wet there were water all over the floor then I realize the pipe under the face bowl was leaking am sure it's nothing new because the wooden stand in that area is mildew and wet also there were a pool of water sitting on the bathroom floor ithere were one bath towel and one wash cloth in the room I had to find my self at Walmart to purchase wash cloth the air condition was not cooling properly my first day there the elevator went bad everyo... read more
