Bad Room was full of roaches very nasty and tacky Location.
Bad The elevator was broken, was told that it will be fixed the next morning. The following day I asked around 2pm about the elevator and was informed that it will not be fixed until sometime next week. I explained that I had someone wheelchair bound with me which we carried her upstairs on Thursday night, she said I could switch rooms to the 1st floor, I then asked was the room the same size, she stated yes but when we got to the room it was a lot smaller. It was close by a lot of things.
Very Poor
Bad Stayed there for 4 nights elevator only worked the first night. Room was only cleaned once, Shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast not good. The standards of this hotel has really dropped. As I had stayed on 3 previous occassions. Very disappointing.
HORRIFIC As soon as I arrived and checked in I was told by the front desk person that the elevators were out of order well luckily I stayed on the 1st floor so I thought nothing of it but sucks for the rest of the people. Once I arrived at my room the room was okay looking and seemed sort of clean but I arrived pretty tired so I laid down for a few. Very clean location reason why I rated so low is because customer service here is really bad. I had an issue with my roo I did not like the customer service . When I checked in the lady was very nice and the gentleman when I checked out was nice and the ladies that did the cleanings of the room. The other representatives at the location were very rude. It was very clean
