Disappointing When I got into my room it had a stuffy sent,a portion of the carpet was wet there were water all over the floor then I realize the pipe under the face bowl was leaking am sure it's nothing new because the wooden stand in that area is mildew and wet also there were a pool of water sitting on the bathroom floor ithere were one bath towel and one wash cloth in the room I had to find my self at Walmart to purchase wash cloth the air condition was not cooling properly my first day there the elevator went bad everyo... read more
Bad
I only stayed there for two days and mostly out all day. Just needs a place to sleep so it’s ok. The hallway leading to the room is dirty. The elevator wasn’t working and luckily my room is on 2nd floor. The location is convenient to shops and many restaurants nearby. On site and free parking is great.
Most unpleasant hotel stay we have experienced. Requested fresh towels daily but they were not provided. Toilet paper holder was missing from wall; bathroom tub was running continuously, even though we reported these issues, and were ignored. Housekeeping never entered our room to clean sink and shower, empty waste baskets, replace cups, or vacuum the carpet. Hallway was dingy and poorly lit. Regular No nos gustó que no nos hicieron limpieza a la habitación estando 3 días hospedados. Sin cambio de toallas. Asecensor estuvo dañado el día que salimos del hotel tocó bajar maletas por las escaleras:
This was a pretty horrible experience. When you walk in you get hit with a very strong odor from the cleaning products. It’s almost as if they are trying to mask the smell. The first room smelled like mildew and was kind of beaten up. There was a puddle in the room from the A/C unit. I was literally splashing around in it. We switched rooms and it was a bit better but still smelled and felt unclean. We didn’t bother to fold out the pullout couch. We all slept in one bed and we didn’t even shower. Very Poor
Disappointing First, room was a total disaster. Toilet was broken and hadn't been flushed. Pizza boxes left in room. Bed was used. Totally unbelievable. Hotel was okay. Never used breakfast or any amenities.
