Bad The hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The room was crawling with cockroaches and ants, making it impossible to relax. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they responded with rude indifference, rolling their eyes and acting as if I was inconveniencing them. Maid on vacation! From we arrived the front door alone is dirty. the elevator was awfully dirty with wrapper and dirt and some sticky substance. Not happy The first room# 400 the tvs didn't work, then I had to wait two hours to move to a new room. Then I asked for a late check out and they only gave me one hour, so I checked out at noon. For the inconvenience of them on their part, you would think they could have accommodated me to a 1pm check out since I had to wait 2 hours to check in the new room. Was very disappointed.
