Traumatising I felt very unsafe Bad customer service The property was very dirty and smelly

Bad This was the 3rd La Quinta, booked via Booking.com in the last 4 days. This hotel added the security deposit to the room payment, not just take card details in case like every other one! This means I'm now having to wait for $100 refund of my holiday money that I might not get back before I leave the USA! .

Bad I booked upgraded room and when I went to the room on the bed it was hair from other people that have been there...they don't change the sheets and pillows...I went at the front desk and they said we give you new sheets and you change them by yourself....shame on them such a big place and so dirty.

Nunca me volvería a alojar en este hotel... ni lo recomendaría a nadie! El servicio es pésimo, viaje con mi familia y niños, reservé dos habitaciones suites pero necesitaba una habitación 30min antes y no fue posible, nisiquiera accedieron a guardar las maletas para ir a tomar el almuerzo más cómodos... muy mal servicio, el aseo es malo ya que estuvimos dos noches y no asearon la habitación ningún día, además el aire acondicionado expedía un olor horrible y tenía olor a cigarrillos... nunca volvería a este hotel y no lo reco... read more

Fleas and ants. Pest issues. I had fleas in the room as well as ants. I told the front desk at checkout and she said the manager was busy with a new trainee and that I would get a call. Not only was I not called but the entire night I spent itching due to fleas and I had my Uber eats order eaten by ants on the desk post. The location

did not stay the night.Left after checking in and drove home.asking for refund filthy, hair everywhere. toilet paper holder broken off. tub dirty. dated dacility nothing

Bad I couldn't stay there because their elevator was out since 9am (our room was on the 4th floor) & there wasn't a handicap accessible room on the 1st floor.
