Fair This is my second time staying at this property but was very disappointed with the room, microwave was dirty, bathroom walls had Mildred, behind night table was dirty as well as sofa bed. Pool was dirty for the nine days I was there, I wanted to take my grandson for a swim and that water too filthy for any one to go in. Breakfast lady needs to adjust her attitude, she was very unpleasant. Front desk staff was very friendly. Christen was very helpful
Bad Got bitten by bed bugs and still haven't received a refund. Location
Highly dissapointed in basic ammentities of the hotel. Air conditioner barely kept the room cool. Had to keep the AC on the lowest temp setting and on high to get it to an acceptable temp. My room entry door card reader barely worked and took minutes at times to get it to work properly to open the door. There is only one elevator in the hotel that is horribly slow and did not opperate well (rough and jolting ride). There is only one ice machine in the hotel and it is on the ground floor. My stay at the property was not the best I was appalled and disgusted when a cockroach crawled out of the toaster. The breakfast was cold and the hostess was not the friendliest person. Things got worse when it was time for bed. We pulled the covers back and there was hair/weave on the bed and all over the floor from the previous occupant along with their left over food in the microwave. Disgusting! That was when we realized that the room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. We did not have enough towels in the roo... read more
