Spiders in the room. We stayed in room 412. Stayed with my wife and 2 children. My kids woke up to spider bytes on their legs. There were spider webs on the frame board of one of the beds where my kids were sleeping. We noticed it when our kids were complaining about the bites. Besides that, the reflidgerator was smelly and had a stain that was not cleaned. In the morning, we had our complimentary breakfast, the scrambled eggs were soggy and tasteless. Aweful The staff was not helpful at all. I called the front lobby from the room to mention a very string smell of chlorine. The host put me on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up and called back. He did not answer the call back. He mentioned the cleaning crew may have used too much fabreze. So I had to sleep with a very strong smell of Chlorine, woke up to two spider bites on my arm, and lastly the bathroom was in pitiful condition. Pricd

Average and not safe feeling Elevator loud and scary, no towels in room, loud guests fighting middle of the night Staff kind

Fair The elevator didn't work until the last day, the room was never cleaned on a daily basis even when I asked the housekeepimg staff. Her attitude was poor. Luis on front desk was great , welcoming and apologetic for things that wasn't going to well.

Not worth any money. Dirty and smelly hotel Elevator out of order. Rooms and hallways dirty. Beds with indentations. Filty hotel nothing

DIRTY ROOM (323) + BREAKFAST ROACHES + I VACUUMED MYSELF I usually DONT leave reviews but this stay was warranted…I stayed 2 nights from June 8-10 in room 323…the room was visibly dirty with copper bits and beads and trash/hair all over the floor..there were liquid marks all of the walls (like a drink maybe exploded?)…I made mention to the staff/front desk man that my room was dirty and he said he would send someone up (morning of June 9th)…that never happened…I finally was able to track down housekeeping on my floor and she... read more

I won’t try this again. Immediately after getting on my floor there were guests in the hall with loud noises. The room was hot and had an odor. I explained to front desk staff that I was checking in late and leaving at checkout, but if I could extend due to me checking in at two almost 3 o’clock in the morning they did not, I paid a full day rate for a couple of hours of sleep.
