no recomendado para nada el ascensor estuvo dañado por dos dias. estuvimos pido tres y tuvimos que cargar solos las maletas y paquetes hacia tercer piso y bajarlas. no hay personal que ayude. nada. estuvo sucio y no lo limpiaron pese a mi solicitud. tampoco limpiaron al día siguiente
Other than the housekeeping situation I was very pleased I was disappointed with the housekeeping situation which was nonexistent during our stay. As stated, the service was because of the covid pandemic. yet the self-serve breakfast was open. When I asked about a discount to be added to my bill for the housekeeping, I was informed that they were unable to provide that.

à fuir !!!! pas de ménage dans la chambre d’hôtel sur un séjour de 11 nuitées ! pas de changement de serviettes de toilette ni de draps , et aucun ménage de fait pendant tout le séjour !!!! pas de lit fait pendant 12 jours , pas de poubelles vidées , et un va et vient incessant toutes les nuits , portes claquées toutes les 10 mn , un étrange va et vient la nuit avec de la musique de 20h à 6h du matin provenant d’une chambre voisine ….à se demander quel trafic existe dans cet hôtel ? et pourtant une nuitée payée de près de 20... read more
Ideal für Panthersmatch und Einkaufen Die Zimmetausstattung ist sehr alt, eine Renovation wäre fällig. Das Bett war etwas zu weich und klein. Die Schlafcouch so sehr unbequem, dass unser Sohn sich überlegt hat im Auto zu schlafen. Unbedingt Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten buchen und nich mit Schlafcouch bei mehr als 2 Personen Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da. Awful We booked 2 standard king rooms. Roaches, water leaks, the bed in my room was completely worn out and sagged in the middle. There was crud behind the beds and in the corners. Staff said they would upgrade our rooms but only upgraded 1 after we waited all day until 9 pm at night to get a different room one of the rooms was the same room, a standard king. It smelled like a bottle of bleach and the window was open to the outside, no screen and there was a dirty plastic cup left on the floor. We had to go back down to the ... read more
