Paid too much for a MOtel Didn't have the room I booked. Card keys weren't working on day 1. Not nearly as nice as the pictures The manager helped us out a little but still a crap hotel.

Bad Hotel room.had blood on the couch and roaches...we took pictures to verify...bathroom photo is photo of couch in the room..
Poor It started with the room key did not work had to go to the desk three times to get resolved by giving me another room. After I receive the key for the other room the TV didn't work call the front desk would not come out and help me had to try to figure it out myself. What I found out there was only one area for the cable box and the microwave someone had plugged the microwave and unplug the cable box so it's one of the other can't have both. Zimmer-Ausstattung schwer in die Jahre gekommen! Alles in allem für US-amerikanische Hotelverhältnisse zwar ok, aber hatte mir irgendwie mehr erhofft. Bad und Zimmerausstattung schwer in die Jahre gekommen, Matratzen voll durchgelegen, Bad-Aussattung renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück eben die gängige US-amerikanische "Schmalspur-Variante". Fair At check in the clerk told us breakfast was from 8-10 and later found out it was from 6:30-9:30. So on some days we came down close to 9:30 the food was being removed. We also had problems with the key card not working when we returned at night. The location was good for the events we were attending.
Bad
Mediocre facility. Desk personnel need training of how to professionally greet and work with guests. Could have a bit of variety for Breakfast particularly for travelers with multiple day stays. Have poor paper goods for breakfast. Breakfast was the same every day - it was adequate. Room was OK, but should offer daily room service if requested.

wouldn’t stay at any hotel that have that name again no where in the world room dirty bathroom smells carpet dirty we were sneezing the old time lots of dust phone in the room dirty, when we arrived the bathroom dirty bath was not clean we have to purchase Lysol to clean the bathroom. no one told us we had to asked for towels and blanket at the front desk to change our sheets on the bed. furniture in the room were beautiful but filthy very very dirty we could not sit on the sofa had to spread towels on them I wonder if the o... read more
