Bad There were a lot of garbage right outside of the entrance since the day we checked in. Absolutely no room service came to clean the room. The mattress was saggy and need to be replaced. The bathroom wasn't clean, hairs in the tub The location
Fair No room service (room was not cleaned during our stay). I think this was so, because of COVID-19, but no one informed us of the real reasons. Room look cleaned upon arrival. The room had excellent space.
No me fue bien en este hotel. El desayuno terrible, no había ni café y una de las personas de la recepción, nada amable, no regresaría. -
Disappointing Mala atencion de personal en el lobby. Nos dieron habitación con mucho olor a cigarro y tuvimos que cambiarla. El desayuno casi ni existe, muy pobre. Edificio antiguo. Ubicación al lado de centro comercial con target y marshall. A 7 min de ikea y 10 de sawgrass mills. A 15 min aeropuerto fort laudardale.

Basic Clean room for the night, leave any other expectations at the door. The receptionist was . . . uninterested in being a receptionist. Borderline rude, disinterested at best. Walked in and no welcome, no nothing, just her playing on her phone. When I asked if this was the reception (there were no signs and the entire space was behind plexiglass), she just asked "What do you want?" Ummm... to check in. Like they do in hotels, you know??
