Disappointing I didn’t like how the front desk clerk handled me and told me they don’t accept chime or cash app cards and she was extremely rude about it I liked that the rooms were very clean and the hotel was easy to find
Unsatisfactory stay I felt it was very overpriced for what I had to pay for this outdated room. I had stayed at a Hampton Thursday nite in Miramar which was very clean and got the impression the room was COVID free. Tv remote was cleaned in a wrapped bag. Also tv was a nice size flat screen unlike the small tv in your facility. Friday I spent at your sunrise Fl facility. Room smelled musky. I ended up finding the grab bar was dirty. Disappointing
It might not be a bad idea to have set rooms for families with animals and families without. The room was very dirty. Dog poop on the floor, animal hair on everything, silly string on the wall and ceiling, and after letting my 11 month old crawl on the floor I had to wipe his legs and feet because they were covered in dirt from the floor. Also the pool is pretty small and that was dirty also. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room is nice but...... The mattress was very uncomfortable. Only one elevator and the shower water drained really slow. The smell of the building when you first walk in. And good customer service in the afternoon.
