No security makes me not feel safe As stated above My floor had young Africa Americans running room to room being loud and ignorant at 3:45 in the morning and nothing was done I didn’t pay 200 dollars a night to be awakened by ignorant people. I reported the incident along with 3 other people and was not contacted about it.
Pleasant The beds were really bad and the breakfast was poor The location,friendly staff and good coffee
Scary This hotel let anyone in off the street to use the lobby couches as a bed. Came from my room to have coffee and entire couch was taken up by a couple obviously not staying here. No concern from the front desk. When they finally woke up, they helped themselves to the free breakfast! As if this wasn’t bad enough, they allowed a girl half dressed and in slippers who also wasn’t staying here to hang out in the lobby. Poor Booked through booking.com who booked us a room for 3 adults and 2 children with only 4 beds which meant my oldest son had to sleep on the floor. The breakfast was terrible the location was equally terrible and the bathroom was the size of a wardrobe. Very little

Good The breakfast was rubbish, and generally no-where to eat the meagre offering. Only polystyrene cups, plates, plastic implements. Will not book a Quinta again.

Good Because LA Quinta allows pets, they should remove all carpet from rooms and tile the entire place. Regardless of the efforts to keep the carpet clean it never really is. The beds are horrible they are literally sinking in the middle. Location was perfect. Staff were amazing
