Stayed one night but was charged for two nights 1. The boiled eggs were cold. 2. The front desk staff was rude, disrespectful, confused and unprofessional - it appears she didn't know what she was doing. - the same person checked us in the day before, told us our total, and swiped my American Express Platinum card. - at checked the next morning , first she asked for the room number even though the number was clearly written by her on the key jacket in her hand.
