Good Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Wenn sich Gäste auf dem Flur unterhalten, ist das deutlich hörbar. Hier sind Ohropax zu empfehlen. Der Zimmerservice stand am 2 Tag erst gegen Abend vor der Tür, um das Zimmer zu machen. Für uns zu spät. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die direkte Lage zu unterschiedlichen Einkaufs-Zentren und der Sawgrass Mall ist phänomenal. Es handelt sich an sich um eine gehobene Gegend.

Custo-benfício bom para quem deseja fazer compras na região do Sawgrass Mills! O hotel é bastante distante das principais atrações de Miami. No horário de pico, chegar na Lincoln Drive por exemplo, leva mais de uma hora. A recepcionista que fez o meu check-in foi bastante rude, desagradável ao extremo, mas os outros funcionários foram bastante prestativos e gentis. Noisy maids, woke us up & very loud, heavy elevator traffic too. Maids were extremely loud in the hallway all morning, talking very loud to each other. They woke us up and we couldn’t get back to sleep. They kept banging the doors closed over & over. Very, very rude. A lot of elevator traffic/noise being so close to the elevator. Not happy with our stay, not a relaxing experience at all. Bed was comfy, room was clean, front desk staff was friendly.
Fair Breakfast was Poor. Front Desk Service was Poor. Cleaning staff did a good job cleaning the room.
Just OK I was on a floor with a soccer team and they were very loud. The ice machine was not working properly and a few times I went to get ice, there was none. The room was nice.
Raisonnable pour une nuitée. Literie inconfortable. Petit déjeuner insuffisant. Chambre propre.
Início barulhento e troca de quarto desastrosa Lambança feita pela funcionária que me Transferiu de apartamento e não o fez no sistema. Na hora do check out o problema estava armado! Localização, estacionamento do café da manhã razoável, e da atendente no check out que resolveu a lambança feita pela pessoa que fez o check in. Meu quarto era barulhento e solicitei a troca logo na entrada e a pessoa que fez a troca não registrou nada no sistemas hotel. we didn't stay! We booked a room for 3 beds. They did not have any with 3.. and had no additional rooms, so we couldn't stay there even if we wanted to. Booking.com told us that they WOULD have 3 beds and there would not be an extra charge. staff was courteous. It wasn't her fault that the booking couldn't be met.
