Okay The place was nice but the beds was horrible and I didn’t sleep well! They didn’t have complimentary toothbrushes or any that could be purchased! The other staff was not as friendly The front desk staff was nice!

Me dieron la Habitacion de Servicio del Hotel, entre una maquina de hielo y una sala de lavar ropa! Mi habitacion era la 107, al lado de la puerta de entrada, atras tenia la maquina de hielo y la sala de lavar ropa. No dormi durante los 3 dias de mi estadia. Los ruidos y golpes eran constantes, me colocaran en una habitacion que no deberia ser utilizada. Pague como cualquier otra habitacion y eso era la habitacion de servicio. Wasnt good . 1Here is my problem. They put me in Room 109. Which is right around the corner from the front desk. At 11:45 at night there were people only 20' from my Room talking laughing making a lot of noise. And to me it sounded like it was the staff. But I didn't get out to look. So that kept me up for about an hour. Then at 5:00 a.m. in the morning there was a bunch of clanging and banging going on as somebody there was starting to set up for the morning coffee and breakfast. Very Poor Bathroom tub was leaking on the floor
Estadia tranquila Nada me desagradou Simpatia da equipe da recepção.
Unsauber Der Boden wurde weder vor noch während unseres Aufenthalts gesaugt. Es war unglaublich dreckig. Auch in der Dusche fanden sich die Haare der Vorgänger wieder. Das Zimmer war schön groß.
Disappointing Soy cliente de hace años del hotel , pero llegue y encontré un olor terrible en la habitación y el tapete húmedo .. pase dos noches terribles y hasta use inhalador pues no podía respirar con ese olor , la respuesta del hotel que lavaron los tapetes ,! Y no pasó más qué tal ?? Entonces NO DEN UNA HABITACIÓN ASÍ FUE HORRIBLE !! Okay I had a package deliver to the hotel , I called the front desk to inquire about it , the front desk agent on duty that afternoon was very rude she was literally shouting on the phone telling me that she didn't receive had any packages for me, after I hung up the phone I decided to go downstairs to speak with her and behavior got even worst she was clapping her hands and shouting out loud " if I told that I don't have it belive me it was never deliver .
